This 12-week program is designed to help you overcome burnout, achieve your career aspirations, and cultivate a sustainable work-life balance.

Each program is personalized to meet the unique needs of each client. During a discovery session, we will work together to design a coaching program that aligns with your individual goals and values.

Here is an overview of the framework for our 12-week coaching program:
Week 1: Self-Reflection and Goal Setting
In this first week, we will conduct a self-reflection exercise to identify your personal values and career goals. From there, we will develop a clear and actionable plan for achieving those goals and overcoming burnout.

Week 2: Time Management and Prioritization
During week two, we will focus on learning effective time management strategies to optimize your productivity. We will also work on developing prioritization skills to effectively manage your workload and reduce stress.

Week 3: Mindfulness and Stress Management
In week three, we will explore mindfulness techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce stress. We will also work on developing stress management skills to better cope with challenges and prevent burnout.

Week 4: Work-Life Balance and Boundaries
In this week, we will discuss the importance of work-life balance and the impact of setting healthy boundaries. We will also develop strategies to balance work responsibilities with personal and family obligations.

Week 5: Communication and Conflict Resolution
Week five is all about developing effective communication skills to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. We will also work on developing conflict resolution skills to effectively manage difficult conversations and situations.

Week 6: Self-Care and Wellness
During week six, we will prioritize self-care and wellness practices to maintain physical, emotional, and mental health. We will develop a personalized self-care plan for ongoing well-being and sustainability.

Weeks 7-11: Review and Refinement
Throughout weeks seven to eleven, we will review progress made on the different skills and practices covered in the program. We will refine and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Week 12: Integration and Next Steps
In our final week, we will review progress made throughout the 12-week program and develop a plan for integrating new skills and practices into daily life. We will establish next steps for ongoing growth and development.

Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing support and guidance from your coach to ensure you are making progress and achieving your goals. Remember, this program is not set in stone - we will work together to design a coaching program that best fits your needs.
Month 1:
Self-Reflection and Goal Setting
During the first month of the coaching program, our focus will be on self-reflection and goal setting. We will work together to identify your personal values and career aspirations, and develop a clear and actionable plan for achieving them. By the end of this month, you will have a better understanding of your goals and a plan to achieve them.
Month 2:
Mindfulness and Stress Management
In the second month of the program, we will focus on mindfulness and stress management. You will learn various techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness and reduce stress. We will also work on developing stress management skills to better cope with challenges and prevent burnout. By the end of this month, you will have tools to manage stress and cultivate a more mindful approach to your work and life.
Month 3:
Communication and Conflict Resolution
During the final month of the coaching program, we will focus on communication and conflict resolution. You will learn effective communication skills to build positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents. We will also work on developing conflict resolution skills to effectively manage difficult conversations and situations. By the end of this month, you will have the tools to communicate effectively and manage conflicts in a positive and productive way.
